Have you ever kept clicking… even though you knew it probably wouldn’t work? Refreshing a page. Checking an order again. Pressing a button twice. Closing an app and opening it again. Sometimes we're not really trying to change the outcome. We're trying to reduce the uncertainty of not knowing what's happening. I wrote a new article about this small but surprisingly interesting piece of human behavior and what it can teach us about feedback, perceived control, and designing better digital experiences. Why Users Keep Clicking Even When They Know It Might Not Work Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/e-yWePkm #UXDesign #ProductDesign #UserExperience #HumanBehavior #DesignThinking

Two audiences to cater to on one single app. Retailers and consumers. For a global tool company, we had to map out two completely separate user journeys inside a single application. The dual UX architecture we designed ensures that whether you are a retailer managing inventory or a consumer making a purchase, the right path feels obvious the moment you log in. We made all the underlying complexity disappear entirely from the surface. But we didn't just design the interface. This was a true end-to-end execution, with the complete app development built out in FlutterFlow. This project is a perfect example of the 'Whole Schbang' at play. We didn't just engineer and build their technology stack from the ground up; our teams also handled the creative execution, rolling out a series of engaging videos and ad campaigns for the brand. It is incredibly fulfilling to see what happens when sharp technology, seamless design, and compelling advertising all come together under one roof to drive a business forward.

Day 18/100 — User Journey Mapping Today I’m learning about User Journey Maps and how they help designers understand the experience beyond individual screens. A journey map helps identify: • User goals • Key steps and interactions • Pain points and frustrations • User emotions • Opportunities for improvement The important lesson for me: Don’t design only the interface. Design the experience around it. Today’s practice: Pick a familiar app, map one user journey, identify 3 pain points, and explore possible improvements. #UXDesign #UIDesign #UserJourneyMapping #UXResearch #ProductDesign #100DaysOfUIUX #DesignLearning

A product can lose users by trying to impress them. Every new feature may look like progress. But for the user, it can create more questions: Where should I start? Which option is right for me? Do I need to learn this before using the product? A product becomes difficult when every idea gets added without a clear purpose. Before adding another feature, ask: Does it solve a real user problem? Does it support the main goal of the product? Will users understand it without extra explanation? If the answer is unclear, the feature may not be ready to build. Good product design is not about showing how much the team can create. It is about helping users achieve something with less effort. Sometimes the smartest product decision is not adding a new feature. It is removing the unnecessary one. What is one feature you think most apps could remove? #ProductDesign #UXStrategy #UIUXDesign #DesignThinking #UserExperience #SaaSDesign

A great app can still lose the user in seconds. If the value isn’t obvious fast, even the best features get ignored. For Theorie X, the goal wasn’t to simply animate an app interface. It was to turn the product into a fast, clear visual journey that makes learning driving theory feel simpler, smarter, and more motivating. So I built the story around what the user actually experiences: → Practice with simulations → Learn traffic signs → Track real progress → Train weaker areas → Keep moving forward through gamified learning Clean UI motion. Focused pacing. Product-first storytelling. Because a strong app video shouldn’t just show what the product does. It should make the value feel obvious before the user even opens it. If you’re building a SaaS product or app, that’s the level of clarity your launch content should create. #SaaS #AppMarketing #ProductVideo #ProductMarketing #MotionDesign #UIAnimation #ExplainerVideo #CreativeDirection #StartupMarketing #EdTech #VideoMarketing

Day 16/100 — User Personas Who are we actually designing for? That’s where User Personas help. A persona is a research-based representation of a target user. It gives the design team a clearer picture of the user's: Goals Needs Pain points Behaviors Motivations The goal isn't to create a fictional character just for documentation. The goal is to turn research insights into something the team can use when making design decisions. My takeaway from Day 16: Know the user → understand the problem → make better design decisions. Today's challenge: Create one simple persona for an app you use regularly. #UXDesign #UIDesign #UserResearch #UserPersonas #ProductDesign #100DaysOfDesign #DesignLearning
