This setup guide provides step-by-step instructions on integrating SMTP2GO and Reply.io.
Log in to your Reply.io account.
In the top navigation menu hover over “Sequences” and in the drop-down list click “Email accounts”.

On the “Email accounts” page, click “New email account” on the right side and then choose “Create manually”.

In the setup dialog window that appears, select “Other Provider” and click “Continue”.

In the “Settings” tab, enable the “I want to use different email servers for sending and receiving emails” option.
Note: Under “Receiving emails” you will enter your incoming server settings - this is unrelated to SMTP2GO.
Under “Sending emails”, enter your From email address into the “Email” field. Note: The email address needs to be a verified sender in your SMTP2GO account.
Tick “My email account username is different from my email address” and you can optionally tick “Replies should go to a different email address” if you require replies to go to an alternative email address.
In the “User Name” field, enter the username of the SMTP User from your SMTP2GO account’s “Sending > SMTP Users” page.
In the “Sender name” field, enter the name you wish to display.
In the “SMTP Host” field, enter “mail.smtp2go.com”.
In the “SMTP Port” field, enter the port. SMTP2GO allows the following: TLS or no encryption > available on ports 25, 2525, 8025, 587 and 80. SSL > available on ports 465, 8465 and 443.
In the “Password” field, enter the password of the SMTP User from your SMTP2GO account’s “Sending > SMTP Users” page.
Optionally enable “Use SSL”. Note: if you enable this, you will need to ensure you use one of the SSL ports.
Click the “Test” button on the right side and a green circle will appear next to that if it is successful (a red circle if unsuccessful).
Finally, click “Save”.
