The Wanted star Nathan Sykes has announced his wife is expecting their first child.
The 33-year-old singer is best known for being one of the members of the boy band behind the hit songs All Time Low and Glad You Came.
He revealed on Wednesday that his wife Charlotte Sykes is expecting their baby in April 2027.
The couple shared a video in a joint post on Instagram with the caption: “We’ve been keeping a little secret…
“Baby Sykes is officially on the way.”
The video featured the pair as they took photographs together in an old photo booth, including one snapshot of the couple holding up ultrasound pictures.
One of the black and white photobooth pictures also featured Nathan holding Charlotte’s baby bump with his eyes closed.
The couple got engaged in December 2022 and tied the knot nearly three years later in October 2025.
Sykes rose to fame in 2009 after joining the boy band alongside Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness and the late Tom Parker.
The group went on to have two UK number one singles and four UK top 10 albums before announcing a hiatus in 2014 to pursue solo careers.
The group reunited in 2021 for the first time in seven years to perform for Stand Up To Cancer, following Parker’s diagnosis with stage four glioblastoma.
The full band has not toured since Parker died in March 2022 at the age of 33. However, Kaneswaran and George returned to the stage as a duo to perform the group’s songs under the name, The Wanted 2.0.
Sykes released his debut solo album, Ultraviolet, in October last year.
