They sale insurance for the tickets you’re purchasing at an additional fee and will not allow you to cancel for any reason other than the event being canceled and they do not disclose this. This site is very manipulative. It is not an official site and you are buying from a third-party that charges you 3 to 4 times what the actual ticket cost. Use Ticketmaster or order from the venue website. Do not use this site unless you want ripped off you will not receive your tickets until one or two days before your event then it’s hard to print off or to find the link in the email also they are known for their tickets not actually been accepted at the venue that they sell them from. Beware beware beware do your research and do not order from this site.

I purchased 6 tickets for a comedy show in Sacramento, CA. in June 2026 for a show in mid-September 2026. These were specific to our needs, ADA accessible since 2 tickets were for wheelchair users. The emails received by me from this site were weekly, stating the tickets will be released to my inbox just before the show date. They stated 100% guarantee, total customer satisfaction, a trusted, reliable source, bla, bla, bla. THEN, I was informed the day OF the event that my tickets were CANCELED!!!!
We were traveling from out of town, had arranged babysitters, made dinner reservations and 2 guests were already on the road when they called to inform me my tickets were cancelled. This was just 3hours before the show!! They are scamming everyone into believing they are a secondary source of tickets, one that is approved of by the venue. They are NOT. They are third party. They had my money for over three months. Apparently, they wait until the day before the show to see if there are any tickets even available (undoubtedly at a lower price than I paid) then decide to get them. I was refunded but only the ticket price, not for any of my additional expenses and aggravation. BEWARE!!
