New to Red hat and Linux, plan

I will attend these 2 course in Nov and Dec 2026:
RH124 : Red Hat System Administration I
RH134 : Red Hat System Administration II
As I am new and no experiences in working with Linux and Red hat Enterprise Linux before, I would like to do some preparation before the course. I have a Nutanix virtualization platform which allow me to create a VM. I am thinking of create a test VM and install with RHEL software to practice, especially the Linux commands.
Can someone advise which ISO should I download for the installation, and any step to do the installation?
