⚠️ My Complaint Regarding Hostinger I recently tried to contact Hostinger through their official Facebook page regarding my suspended account and requested assistance with the issue. However, after I commented about my problem, my Facebook account was blocked by Hostinger’s page. This made it even more difficult for me to seek assistance regarding an important paid service. I purchased a paid Hostinger hosting plan worth approximately $153 USD and was using the hosting services for important websites and online operations. Without providing me with a specific explanation, Hostinger suddenly suspended my entire account. As a result: • My Hostinger account was suspended. • My device was blocked from accessing Hostinger services. • My associated payment method was restricted. • I was prevented from accessing my hosting services. • My websites and online operations were disrupted, potentially causing business and financial losses. When I asked for an explanation, Hostinger stated that my account activity was considered a “high risk of misuse.” However, they did not identify the specific website, activity, or violation that caused the suspension. Hostinger then asked me to complete identity verification and submit an appeal. I provided the requested information and completed the identity verification process. I was informed that the relevant team would review my case within 2 business days. The stated review period has now passed, but I still have not received a clear resolution or explanation. I fully understand the importance of security and abuse prevention. I am not asking Hostinger to compromise its security policies. I am simply requesting a fair and proper manual review of my account and a clear explanation of the issue. I respectfully request that Hostinger: 1. Conduct a proper manual review of my account. 2. Explain, to the extent permitted, what caused the suspension. 3. Complete my identity verification and account recovery review. 4. Inform me if any genuine issue needs to be corrected. 5. Restore my account and hosting services if no violation is found. I am a paying customer, and my hosting account contains important websites and services. Prolonged suspension of these services can cause significant business, financial, operational, and reputational impact. I hope Hostinger will review this matter fairly, communicate clearly with me, and provide a proper resolution. ⭐ 1 STAR – EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE My experience with Home Box has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to delivery, order management, and customer service. I placed my first order for home delivery, and it took 9 days to finally arrive. During that period, I contacted customer service repeatedly — more than 10 phone calls and approximately 10 WhatsApp conversations. I also raised a complaint and escalated it, but the escalation did not result in any meaningful resolution. I decided to give Home Box another chance and placed a second order. This time, I deliberately selected store collection instead of home delivery, specifically to avoid the shipping and logistics problems I experienced with my first order. Unfortunately, I am facing the same problem again. The order is still not available for collection. So I have now experienced serious problems with two separate orders using two different fulfilment methods. The biggest problem is not simply the delay. It is the complete lack of ownership. Customer service repeatedly gives apologies and standard responses, but nobody seems to actually take responsibility and resolve the issue. You can call, explain the problem, raise a complaint and escalate it — but eventually you are back to the same answer: “We are sorry” and “we will follow up.” An apology without action is not customer service. I expected a professional retail experience from Home Box. Instead, I have experienced delays, poor communication, ineffective escalation and a frustrating customer-service process where I have had to repeatedly chase the company for something that should have been handled internally. The fact that my second order was specifically changed to store collection to avoid the shipping problem, yet still has not been made available, makes this look like a much wider order-management and coordination problem rather than simply a courier issue. Very disappointing experience. I sincerely hope Home Box management reviews its delivery, fulfilment and customer-service processes because customers should not have to spend this much time chasing their own orders.

I would seriously caution founders, especially non-US founders, before using Stripe Atlas if Stripe is one of the main reasons you're incorporating in the US. We incorporated our company properly, built a real product, started acquiring customers and processing legitimate transactions through Stripe. Then, as the business started growing, Stripe suddenly classified us as “high risk,” disabled payments and froze our payouts. Think about how insane that is from a founder's perspective. You're encouraged to incorporate, build your business, integrate Stripe and start processing payments. But once your transaction volume starts increasing, the same growth you're working toward can suddenly become part of a risk review that shuts down your ability to accept payments. And good luck trying to get a meaningful explanation. So much of the process feels automated. Automated risk systems, automated emails, generic responses and very little opportunity to actually explain your business to a human being who understands what you do. I'm not saying every founder will have the same experience. I'm saying founders should understand the dependency they're creating. Do not build your entire company around one payment processor. Have alternative payment rails. Have multiple banking relationships. Have a contingency plan for what happens if your processor shuts you down tomorrow. Because I learned that lesson the hard way. Stripe Atlas can help you create a US company. That does not mean Stripe will continue processing payments for that company. Those are two very different things, and founders should know that before building their infrastructure around Stripe.
