When we demonstrated to people that what used to take a week and a half now, with Pulumi, took under a day, they were shocked.

With the old tool, spinning up our databases meant we had 20 blocks of code and a lot of copy and pasting. With Pulumi, it’s Python. It’s five lines of code. If you want to add a new database, add one line, and you’re good to go.

We use Pulumi widely at Wiz. It enabled our product to support multi-cloud and to scale quickly — scaling and driving hundreds of thousands of infrastructure updates every day.
