I had a wonderful experience with dino and peter great experience

FRAUDSTERS! CALLED WITH REQUEST FOR PAYMENT STATING THAT $35 ticket was standby, sold out no longer available. Agent name: Gabriel Sanchez. Phone number 18773790800. I DEMAND REFUND IMMEDIATELY! Charged me $250 and never emailed my ticket. Stated on the phone “the reason why we forgot to send you your confirmation…”. I demand refund immediately!

They booked a domestic flight for me and they changed it few times, even they changed the destination airport and they emailed me an e-ticket. I paid uber and travelled to another city where the airline was at night time, but when I presented the ticket to the airline I was told the ticket is invalid and the seat was sold by FlyoDeals to another person with much higher price. Anyway, the airline didn’t have a available seat and when I called and talked Leo and Dino at FlyoDeals they said the airline canceled it’s flight which was lie and I was in front of airline check-in desk. They were asking to change my flight to another day which couldn’t true these idiots. I lost my vacation while paid to Airbnb. They’re scan and NOT reliable at all.

They’ve been helpful and able to answer any question anytime. Peter was the one who sent the confirmation ticket very promptly. He is a professional agent! Save your money and book with him

Hello, I’m Sharanya. I’m writing this review with complete disappointment, as this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

I booked a flight for September 13th and was asked to pay immediately upon confirmation. I was promised that I would receive my tickets 12 hours before the flight, but I still hadn’t received them even 3 hours before departure. Because of this, I had to travel by cab, and I also had an important interview that I had to miss. The cab fare alone cost me $300 round trip.

When I reached the counter, I was told that my booking was a fraud booking and was asked to leave. The entire situation was extremely stressful. When I requested a refund, I was told that no refund would be provided. I was also told by an agent to fly when I had money.

For the second booking, I confirmed everything and booked , at the last minute, only to find out that a carry-on bag had not been added I had to pay another extra 120$ for the carry omit was a complete loss. When I called for assistance, the agents were extremely rude to both me and my friends. THE PARTICULAR AGENT WHO SPOKE RUDELY AND DISRESPECTFULLY TO MY FRIEND NEEDS TO APOLOGIZE.

Overall, this experience was extremely unfair, stressful, and disappointing. I would never choose this service again.

Very bad worst experience from them .A complete scam , they kept playing around without sending the tickets once you paid the fare . They use fraud cards that once you reach airport your ticket would be cancelled , personally faced this issue . They don’t refund and again they gave fake confirmation that they include baggage. Playing around reasons saying technical issue and at end - talk so rude language they said me that if you have money add your baggage and board , go and book in the website if it is cheap … so unprofessional behavior from their end. It was stressful period irritating aswell.Totally , I had traumatized worst experience .I would never be back on this . I think they should be sued for doing such . I wish they never exist .

We made a flight booking through Flyodeals in the name of Sharanya, traveling from Cincinnati (CVG) to Texas. Based on what happened with our booking, we feel that we were misled and scammed. The process was not transparent, and the service we received was not what we were promised.

This has caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We strongly recommend that customers verify the reservation, ticket details, total charges, and airline confirmation directly with the airline before making any payment through this company.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience and expect Flyodeals to properly resolve this issue and provide the appropriate refund.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

They have the worst customer service. My flight us at 7 am and is almost 1am and I haven't get the code for confirmed my flight. I don't get cause I flight on Friday with out any problem but they are giving me a really hard time to going back home 😪

Horrible experience, they take a long time to give you the ticket. Then if you want to cancel they stay to call you and they never call you. The process to receive your ticket is extremely bad. You call and people give you some excuses that don't make sense. They attract you with cheap prices and then they charge you the most expensive flight. For example, I had to take another flight because they hadn't just given me the flight ticket.
