I’ve been using QR TIGER to reuse the QR codes on my real estate signs and easily redirect them to my current listings, and I’ve had a great experience—but their customer service just seriously impressed me.

Late last night, when I was updating one of my QR codes, I realized my annual subscription was due for renewal. When I went to renew, I noticed the email address I originally registered with was no longer accessible. I tried changing it myself, but that required a password I also couldn’t remember. 😅

Before renewing, I emailed customer service asking for help updating my account. Keep in mind, this was around midnight on a Thursday, so I fully expected to hear back sometime Friday during normal business hours.

Nope. Within minutes, I had a response AND a game plan.

By the time I woke up this morning, the entire issue had already been resolved.

It’s rare these days to experience customer service with response times like that, and I was genuinely impressed. This was actually a pretty time-sensitive issue for me, but I never even mentioned that. They simply took the initiative, responded immediately, and went above and beyond to get it handled.

We often use Smart Multi URL QR codes because we work across two different markets, and with this service, we only need one code. Paid for something that is free elsewhere

I had set up a monthly subscription, but it did not auto renew. I was not able to set the auto renewal until two days before the subscription was up. This was super annoying in and of itself. But, when I asked your helpdesk for their support, they simply told me to logon within those two days and select the auto renewal option. When I renewed it, however, there was no auto renew option annd, upon asking the helpdesk again, I was told I used the wrong payment plan for that option. If only they had told me beforehand! This entire process was a waste of time and completely unnecessary.
