Italo Zucchelli was the men’s creative director of Calvin Klein Collection until April 2016. During his 15-year tenure, Zucchelli received critical acclaim and recognition for his work, including several prestigious awards. In 2009, he was named the CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year, and in 2010, Zucchelli was awarded the Mortimer C. Ritter Award by the Fashion Institute of Technology Alumni Association for excellence in art and design. At the 2012 Accessories Council Excellence Awards Gala, Zucchelli accepted the Designer of the Year Award on behalf of Calvin Klein Collection. Most recently, he was named Menswear Designer of the Year at the first annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards.
